Do Not Drink … Play!

If you enjoy a drink from time to time, keep your money at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your pocketbook, your wallet, and keep all cash, plastic credit and cheques out of the casino. Take only the cash you intend to spend on alcohol, tipping and whatever pocket change you expect to throw away and leave the rest behind.

Contemptuous? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You can have a win following a boozy night out with your comrades and be lucky sufficiently to hook a long roll at a smokin craps table. Don’t forget that story seeing that it’s as brief as it gets if you consistently drink alcohol and gamble. The pair just do not mix.

Leaving your moola out of the casino might be a little bit dramatic, but preventative actions for dramatic behavior is required. If you gamble to profit, then don’t consume alcohol and gamble. If you are able to afford to burn your cash nary a concern, then drink all the complimentary booze your stomach can handle, but don’t pack charge cards and chequebooks to toss into the mix of going after squanderings after your drunken head loses all the cash!

Allow me to carry this one step further. do not drink and then jump online to gamble in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the coziness of my abode, but considering that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards in close proximity, I can’t drink and bet.

How come? Although I do not drink a lot, when I consume alcohol, it’s certainly sufficient to befuddle my common sense. I wager, so I don’t drink when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t bet at the same time. Both create a decimating, and costly, cocktail.
